A brief history:
We had a collection file that had been outstanding for 3 years when we decided to have our debtor skip traced by Optimal,they located the debtors new employment within 2 days. Since we had a Judgment on file we were able to issue an immediate Garnishee. We received a reply from the Court advising that over $11,000.00 was paid into court. This settled the entire debt owing and paid the legal fees. We have to say that we are very satisfied with Optimal for not only doing an awesome job, but for having great turn around time as well. We continue to use Optimal and continue to get great results
